YUM! Breath Is Good Medicine!

We have come from relationships riddled with fear. Never knowing what the next moment will bring, anxiety has become a habit. When we are living in a constant state of anxiety and fear we begin to hold our breath or breathe shallowly.

Are you living in a constant state of fear? Afraid of what is going to happen next? Afraid of what new situation is going to require you to make a decision, or what new problem there is for you to solve? Fear morphs into many forms and can take over your life.

If you are exhausted, anxious, and full of fear, but are wanting to change your life, and be free of those life sucking habits, private message me. You are worthy.
